A qualified chartered accountant and business management graduate (CPA LYON), Rémi spent 10 years working in management for the NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE Group, first as CFO of a Business Unit (General Merchandise) and then as Director of External Growth.

His professional experience also includes 15 years in leadership positions in the following sectors:

– Textiles

– Trade press

– Equestrian centres

After six years as a partner in an M&A firm, he took over CONSULTENZ with Christian NAVARRO in 2019, becoming CONSULTRANS in 2022.

After more than 15 years of business experience as:

Christian took over the CONSULTRANS / ATHENA-CONSULTING firm, which he has been managing for over 20 years.

He provides support and consultancy services in Human Resources (recruitment and coaching), management consulting and M&A.

Together with Rémi d’ERSU, he took over CONSULTENZ in 2019, becoming CONSULTRANS in 2022.

Jacques-Henri, a Transport and Logistics consultant, has 10 years’ experience in the retail sector, working in operations and management control positions at the CASINO group.

He has acquired considerable expertise in international transport and logistics, working for 10 years in management control and finance management at the GIRAUD Group and subsequently in the organisation and management of the administrative and financial departments of European subsidiaries of the POMONA group.

Jacques-Henri LAURENT has extensive experience in advising business leaders, with 15 years of consulting experience in Strategy, Organisation and more specifically in M&A since 2009.

Bruno’s role at CONSULTRANS is to advise and support clients and prospects in their external growth, transfer and business turnaround plans, both in France and abroad.

David worked for 30 years in the transport industry, starting out in the courier industry in various sales positions and quickly becoming a profit centre manager. He naturally progressed into positions as multi-site manager in a variety of complementary sectors. His main focus was on performance recovery and development, advancing to the position of CEO. Since 2018, David has been working as an independent consultant, advising companies on their growth and reorganisation projects and helping them identify new business opportunities. In May 2022, he joined the CONSULTRANS team to develop the three complementary pillars of recruitment, management consulting and M&A to meet the needs of transport executives.

He has over 40 years of experience in the transport and logistics sector in Spain and abroad.

Alberto has held sales management positions, including at GERPOSA (now the NORBERT DENTRESSANGLE Group), CHRISTIAN SALVESEN and XPO.

He was a university lecturer in Santander.

He has a master’s degree in economics.

With 36 years of experience starting in 1986 in the transportation industry, Didier Rochas is a seasoned leader in general management. He is characterized by his intrapreneurial orientation and determination to achieve profitability. His ability to manage multidisciplinary teams is a major asset. He is an expert in international trade, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation, and his influential network in the logistics sector makes him a key player. Didier possesses expertise in financial flow management, P&L management, and business development. He joined the Consultrans team to contribute his expertise in managing international mergers and acquisitions operations. His extensive experience in this field will strengthen the ability to seize new opportunities on the international stage and continue to grow strategically.

After obtaining her baccalaureate, she chose to specialize in the field of finance by pursuing two years of studies in financial engineering and audit. Armed with this strong foundation, she then decided to explore the realm of economics by pursuing a bachelor’s degree focused on organizational management and financing. This journey enabled her to acquire essential skills in the field of business management. Recently, she had the opportunity to join the Consultrans team as an apprentice, where she works in the domain of marketing and digital business. This experience allows her to apply her acquired knowledge while expanding her expertise in the exciting world of business and digital transformation.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree specialized in Economics and Mathematics, he directed his path towards the field of commerce by pursuing the BBA program at EM LYON Business School. With this strong foundation, he broadened his horizons by exploring the world of corporate finance through an experience in management control for the hotel group Accor. This curriculum allows him to acquire essential skills in the field of business management. Currently in his third year, he is investing as an intern at Consultrans. His role involves supporting teams in merger and acquisition processes, capitalizing on his previous experience and his semester at San Diego State University, where he was able to deepen his knowledge in finance. His professional objective is to continue his career in the stimulating world of M&A, thus putting his skills into practice.
